Our products are fully guaranteed for 12 months by the manufacturer.

Delivery

Delivery is normally within 5 working days and all orders are dispatched via Parcelforce on a 48 hour service.  A tracking number can be provided upon request.

Returns

If you decide for any reason that any product purchased from Exquisite Living is not suitable for you, the product may be returned within 7 days of receipt in an unused state with the original packing. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide proof of delivery if the package is not received back by us. You will receive a full refund, though we do ask that you pay for the return postage. If the product is faulty, there will be no charge for return postage.
